As a U.S.C.G Licensed Santee Cooper Fishing Guide, I am offering fun, affordable, fishing adventure, family vacation and group outings fishing trips. I have 40 years of fishing experience on Lake Marion, Moultrie and the Diversion Canal in South Carolina. In my "Glory Days" I competed as an ESPN Bassmaster Angler. We fish night or day depending on the season and fishing trends. Even though fishing has been very slow I still managed to put parties on fish. Feb. 27, 2010 Brad Lindsey, Charlie Butler, Tim Akerman, and Thomas Galloway from Columbia, West Columbia, and Lexington caught 12 fish weighing around 250 lb. They released all the fish so they could enjoy catching them again!!!!!

On a previous trip Roberson's  shallow water catfishing action was caught on video.
 Watch Catchin mean shallow water catfish on Santee  Come and fish with me and catch some of the best fish in the lake! We have a room on my 26 ft poontoon with a heater, stay warm utill you get a fish on. Once you find the fish the action will be fast then you wont feel the cold. I fish Lake Marion, Lake Mouitrie and Diversional Canal. We mostly drift for the big catfish, sometimes we will anchor. I have some of the best prices, trying to help out in these times.
 
Here are some more recent catches. Shown below left is a nice winter catch by Gary Walls of Wilson VA, Joe Badger from Grassy Creek NC, Roy Badger of Jefferson NC and  Melvin Roark Lansing , NC.  They caught 10 fish all together 1/9/2010. That day was very windy 25 mph, and very cold. Below right is Roy Badger with a 32 lber.

Children under 16 fish for free with a paying adult.  Our 25 ft. Tritoon hardtop is geared with state-of-the-art electronics & private heated enclosure. I fish with Shakespeare rods, Ambassador 6000 reels. Red Cajun line and Eagle Claw hooks that will hold em'!
